Reservations can be canceled free of charge until the day before your scheduled visit. Kindly cancel via the reservation page. Same-day cancellations are not permitted, and the full fee will apply. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.

How many people can use the facility?

The maximum number of guests is 2, but 4 is the upper limit.
*Please note that we can only provide amenities for 2 persons.

Feel free to visit without any items, as we have all the amenities prepared for you.

Is it possible to use two slots consecutively?

Yes, it is possible.
Please make your reservation through our website. In this case, we kindly ask you to leave a comment in your reservation mentioning that you have booked consecutive slots. If we are notified, you will be allowed to continue using the facility during the 20-minute cleaning time between sessions.However, if we do not receive your notification, please note that our staff may proceed with cleaning during that time.

Please note that there is no waiting area, so kindly arrive just before your reservation time.

How is my reservation affected if I arrive late?

You may still use the facility without any issues; however, the end time of your reservation will remain unchanged, resulting in a shorter usage time. Please be mindful of this.

Do I need to wear a bathing suit?

*If you do not wear a bathing suit, you will not be able to use the facility.

Cautionary Notes
Payment is required in advance via credit card. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. Kindly maintain a quiet atmosphere in the sauna. The use of smartphones and mobile phones is prohibited in the sauna, including the changing room and bathing area. Reservations are required to use our sauna. The cancellation policy for the sauna is as follows:
Up to the day before your reservation: Free of charge
On the day of your reservation: 100% fee Excessively pouring water on the sauna stove is prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility. Photography is prohibited after check-in. Phone calls are prohibited throughout the entire facility. We are unable to store large luggage or valuables. Spaces outside the bathing and changing rooms (including the reception, corridors, restrooms, and dining areas) must be used while clothed. Full or partial nudity is not permitted in these areas. Bringing in food and beverages is prohibited. However, drinks for hydration during bathing are exempt from this rule. Taking towels, amenities, or other items home is prohibited. There is no parking available. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots. Please ensure that lockers are securely locked. Please take care not to lose locker keys (for the changing room or shoe cabinet). In cases of damage, destruction, or soiling (including vomiting or other mishaps), repair costs, cleaning fees, or replacement costs will be charged upon discovery. Additionally, future use of the facility may be denied.
If you notice any damage or soiling prior to using the facility, please notify staff immediately. Please take care not to leave your belongings behind. Forgotten items will be kept for a certain period and then disposed of accordingly.
Please note that the facility is not responsible for any loss, forgotten items, or theft within the premises.
In case of a lost key, a replacement fee of 3,000 yen will be charged.
